Had very good stay for an unforgettable vacation here. New-fashioned, tidy room, thoroughly enjoyed it. Got the view of the sea. The staff were supper friendly, magnificent location eager to get people involved in activities. Everything was simply excellent.

The pool is very clean and the location is excellent for getting to town quickly; the rooms are relaxing, tidy, and have a nice view of the city with comfortable furnishings.

the location of the hotel is also a plus, being a 15-minute walk to the city center and Marina beach. Another positive aspect is the service provided by Jackie from the restaurant, who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and helpful staff who make you feel welcome.
One negative aspect is the weak and unreliable Wi-Fi connection, especially during peak hours.

city hill definitely exceeded my expectations during this crab fest in kusadasi. the staff was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay seamless. the pool was superb and the view of the marina and harbor was fantastic.
Dinner could be hit or miss.
